Prevention activities COVID-19

The Hotel Ipomea Club has always offered its guests a tailor-made service in an exclusive
environment.
Especially this year, the limited number of rooms distributed in five distinct blocks and the large outdoor spaces will allow our Guests a healthy and safe relaxation: the private indoor beach, which allows the positioning of umbrellas at a safe distance, the outdoor restaurant terrace overlooking the sea, the swimming pool with large solarium, the two bars with outdoor tables, the large roof garden surrounded by flowery garden are just some examples of the outdoor spaces and services available to our Guests.

All this will allow you to spend almost the full day in the open air, except for breakfast, which however, will take place in the large Hall of Tre Modelle with the number of seats reduced to less than half of its capacity, with quotations if necessary.

With a little more attention from everyone we can spend again this year a wonderful summer of sun and sea.

Below is a summary of what is expected for your and our safety:

• Reduction of the maximum number of Guests
  
• Disinfection with certified products of the rooms and common areas
• Hygienisation and sanitization of the rooms at every check-out
• Sanitization and periodic cleaning of the filters of air conditioning systems
• Termoscanner
  • Daily check of the body temperature of the whole Staff
  • Daily check of Guests’ body temperature
• Protective devices
  • Use of protective masks and gloves by the Staff
  • Use of masks for Guests in the indoor common areas
  • Hand disinfection gel available at the entrance and in common areas
• Quoted access
  • Check-in and check-out
  • Common areas
• Significant reduction in the number of seats (if necessary, with shifts at different times)
  • Breakfast room
  • Restaurant room by the sea (Veranda Lighea)
  • Main dining room (Sala delle Tre Modelle)
• Distancing (except for households or people sharing the same room):
  • At least 1 meter of distance between the chairs in the breakfast room, bar and restaurant
  • At least 1.5 meters of distance between the sunbeds in the pool
  • At least 10 square meters of surface for each beach umbrella on the beach
• Table service
  • Breakfast only with table service
  • Restaurant only with table service
  • Bar only with table service
• Soft Animation (only activities that allow adequate distance between Guests):
  • Motor activity with distancing (water aerobics, soft gymnastics, etc.).
  • Evening musical entertainment
  • No children’s club and animation activities for minors can be organised.

The above may be subject to changes and adjustments in accordance with any new regulations or regulations issued by the competent bodies.
